Following the incident at Gong cha at Botany Town Centre on 15 July, we have conducted a thorough investigation, which included a deep clean of the store. We have not found any further issues at the store. As advised previously, we have also investigated all Gong cha stores and have not found any issues in any of them.
We have spoken to the affected customer and apologised again for his unfortunate experience at our store.
Gong cha will continue to monitor its stores and thanks its loyal customers during this time.
