1. Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- This gift card may be used for purchases at Gong cha stores in New Zealand and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for online purchases.
- No change will be given.
- This card expires 12 months from the date of top-up.
- Any gift card value which is unused after the expiry date will not be refunded.
- Gong cha shall not be responsible for any gift card that may be lost, stolen or damaged.

2. Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
- The loyalty cards can only be used and redeemed at Gong cha New Zealand.
- One stamp will be issued for each beverage purchased. No stamp will be given when other promos, offers, discounts or vouchers are used during the purchase.
- Only regular sized drinks on the menu are available for the “Free Drink” redemption.
- Redemption not valid in junction with other offers or promotions.
- Loyalty cards are not redeemable for cash.
- Fraudulent copies of the loyalty card will not be accepted.
- Loyalty card stamps are only issued in physical Gong cha NZ stores and the Gong cha NZ online app.
- Gong cha New Zealand reserves all rights to make a final decision in case of any disputes.
3. Free Drink Voucher Terms and Conditions
- This voucher can be redeemed at Gong cha New Zealand only.
- Each voucher is only entitled to one (1) free regular sized drink on the Gong cha New Zealand menu.
- Upsize and/or extra toppings will incur an additional charge.
- This voucher is not redeemable for cash
- Redemption is not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions
- Loyalty stamps will not be given with other promotional offers, discounts or vouchers used with this purchase.

- This voucher can be redeemed at Gong cha New Zealand only.

5. Student ID Sticker Free Size Terms and Conditions
- One upsize per cup per order only.
- The valid student id card with sticker must be shown to cashier in prior of order been completed.
- Valid student id card must match the person that is placing the order.
- Free upsize will only be valid until 31/01/2024.
- Fraud copy of the sticker and ID will not be accepted.
- Gong cha New Zealand reserves all rights in making the final decision in the case of any disputes.
- Loyalty stamps will not be given when the free upsize promotion applied to the order.
