Kung Fu Panda 4 Snap, Scan & Win

1. Gong cha New Zealand, (the “Promoter”), together with Universal Studios (the “Sponsors”) are giving Gong cha customers a chance to win tickets to see Kung Fu Panda 4 in cinemas
2. The promotion starts at 11 am on Monday 1st April 2024 and ends at 9 pm on Tuesday 30th April 2024. (“Giveaway Period”).
3. Winners will be announced on @Gongcha_nz Instagram on Monday 6th May 2024.
4. Gong cha New Zealand reserves all rights in making the final decision.
5. To enter the Promotion, participants must

• • • Accept that any photos uploaded may be shared on our social media
    • Be 18 years of age or older.
    • Submit a photo that displays our Panda Milk Tea with something Kung Fu-related into the Google form.
    • Live In New Zealand.

PRIZES
There is one (1) major prize and twenty (20) minor prizes to be won.

The major prize:

A private screening for up to 20 people to be held in the winner’s hometown or nearest available cinema. The private screening will take place on one day before 15/05/ 2024, subject to
availability of a cinema in the winner’s hometown or nearest available cinema.

While all efforts are made to accommodate the winner’s first preference for a screening day and time, the Prize Provider has the right to make the final decision and if an agreed screening day and time cannot be reached the prize will be forfeited.

The winner and guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the cinema to attend the screening on the day determined. All additional costs that are not explicitly included in this prize description are the sole responsibility of the competition winner (for example, but not limited to, transport/accommodation / food and beverage).

The winner is responsible for ensuring the appropriate number of adults accompany the children attending the screening. From the cinema’s point of view this must be at least two adults must be over the age of 21. The winner understands that the private screening is not a pre-release screening.

Prize is subject to availability. An alternative prize of equal value will be offered to the winner if Kung Fu Panda 4 is not available in the winner’s hometown or nearest available cinema during the screening period offered.

The minor prizes:

The double movie pass is redeemable for the film Kung Fu Panda 4 only and can be used at any participating New Zealand cinema that is playing the film.
The double movie pass prize consists of movie tickets for two (2) adults (or one child and one adult) to see the movie only.

Any additional costs (such as, but not limited to food & beverage, accommodation or transport) is not included in the movie pass prize. The double movie pass will be supplied digitally to the contact details provided by the winner. It is it the winner’s obligation to ensure the contact details provided for this purpose are correct.

The winner and guest(s) are responsible for complying with the relevant cinema’s conditions of entry. Prizes are personal to the winners and can’t be transferred to someone else. If the winner can’t accept the prize for any reason (e.g. the winner can’t attend during the relevant dates), the Promoter can award the prize to another winner. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Prize Provider’s Promotion Partner (Moving Light) will manage prize fulfillment and as a result of winning the following details will be passed on to the Promotion Partner:

The winner may be required to prove their identity and age, and show evidence as documented on their driver’s license, passport or birth certificate before any prize is awarded.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
